Care for active people
Whether you play football or cricket, go to the gym or simply walk every morning, injuries can stop you in your tracks. The goal of sports injury care is not only to relieve pain but to get you back to your activity safely and reduce the chance of re-injury.
Common sports injuries treated
- ACL and other knee ligament injuries
- Meniscus and cartilage injuries
- Shoulder dislocation and labral tears
- Rotator cuff and biceps tendon problems
- Patellar and Achilles tendinopathy
- Ankle sprains and instability
Our approach
Early, accurate diagnosis — clinical examination plus the right imaging — avoids months of guesswork. Many injuries are treated without surgery through guided rehabilitation. When surgery is needed, arthroscopic techniques allow a quicker return to training.
Return to play
Returning too soon is a major cause of re-injury. You will receive a staged plan covering strength, balance and sport-specific drills, with clear milestones before you return to full competition.
Watch: Patient Stories
This page explains the treatment in general terms. Whether it is right for you is decided only after an examination and review of your X-ray or MRI.
